Does the Same Cleaner Come Every Time for Recurring Services?

One of the most common questions we receive at Clean Queens is:

"Will I have the same person cleaning my home every visit?"

The short answer is: Yes — we strive to provide consistency whenever possible.

Our Commitment to Consistency

At Clean Queens, we understand that inviting someone into your home is personal. Building trust and familiarity with your cleaning technician is important, which is why we prioritize assigning the same team members to your recurring services whenever possible.

Weekly & Biweekly Clients

For our weekly and biweekly recurring clients, consistency is a top priority.

Most initial deep cleans require 2–3 technicians to efficiently bring your home up to our maintenance standard. After your deep clean is completed, one of the technicians who cleaned your home during that first visit will typically become your primary recurring technician.

The remaining technician(s) from your deep clean are often designated as backup cleaners for your home.

This means that if your primary technician is:

• On vacation

• Sick

• Out of the office

• Assisting with training or special projects

you'll likely see a familiar face who has already worked in your home before.

This system allows us to maintain consistency while ensuring your cleaning schedule remains uninterrupted.

What About Monthly Clients?

We also strive to provide consistency for our monthly recurring clients whenever possible.

However, because weekly and biweekly clients receive service more frequently and have reserved recurring schedules, they do receive scheduling priority. As a result, there may be occasions when we need to reassign a monthly client's technician to best accommodate our scheduling needs.

Factors that may impact monthly technician assignments include:

• The day of the week your service falls on

• Technician availability

• Vacation schedules

Even when a reassignment occurs, our team members follow detailed cleaning notes and service standards to ensure your home receives the same high-quality Clean Queens experience every visit.
